Pour cl\u00f4turer un parcours en <strong>management<\/strong>, les \u00e9quipes de <strong>Foure Lagadec<\/strong> ont relev\u00e9 un <strong>d\u00e9fi collectif en mode commando<\/strong>, dans une ambiance sportive et dynamique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e hors norme a permis aux participants de <strong>mettre en application concr\u00e8te<\/strong> les grands axes abord\u00e9s durant la formation : <strong>communication, leadership, motivation et coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong>. Une immersion o\u00f9 chacun a pu prendre sa place, faire preuve d\u2019engagement et vivre la force du collectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organis\u00e9e avec <strong>Bailo Sport Concept<\/strong>, cette session finale a \u00e9t\u00e9 rythm\u00e9e par des \u00e9preuves physiques, des jeux d\u2019\u00e9quipe et des moments de partage qui ont renforc\u00e9 les liens entre collaborateurs dans un contexte ludique mais exigeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous remercions chaleureusement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mohamed<\/strong>, pour avoir initi\u00e9 cette dynamique collective et su mobiliser ses \u00e9quipes avec enthousiasme ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bailo et Eddy<\/strong>, pour l\u2019animation sur le terrain et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire passer des messages manag\u00e9riaux forts \u00e0 travers le sport ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>David<\/strong>, pour les tee-shirts qui ont renforc\u00e9 l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et bien s\u00fbr\u2026 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 au rendez-vous pour accompagner cette journ\u00e9e en ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une belle illustration de notre approche : <strong>former autrement, avec sens, \u00e9nergie et impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E-KONSEIL RH a accompagn\u00e9 les \u00e9quipes de Foure Lagadec dans un parcours de formation en management.
