Ces risques peuvent \u00eatre dus \u00e0 des facteurs tels que le stress, l&#8217;\u00e9puisement \u00e9motionnel, le harc\u00e8lement, le manque de soutien social et la violence au travail. Quelles d\u00e9marches les entreprises peuvent-elles mettre en place pour limiter ces risques ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6 actes pour limiter les risques psychosociaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe plusieurs d\u00e9marches que les entreprises peuvent mettre en place progressivement ou simultan\u00e9ment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mettre en place des politiques de pr\u00e9vention des RPS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les responsables peuvent \u00e9laborer des politiques qui visent \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les risques psychosociaux, en identifiant les facteurs de risque et en mettant en place des actions pour les \u00e9liminer ou les r\u00e9duire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Favoriser un climat de travail positif<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les managers doivent penser \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, valoris\u00e9s et respect\u00e9s, en encourageant une communication ouverte et en favorisant une culture d&#8217;entraide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Mettre en place des programmes de soutien<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Des programmes de soutien pour les employ\u00e9s confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale, tels que des s\u00e9ances de counseling, des groupes de soutien ou des cong\u00e9s de maladie mentale, peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9s par les employeurs et mis \u00e0 disposition des employ\u00e9s.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Favoriser un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les directeurs et managers peuvent mettre en place des mesures pour favoriser l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle et personnelle des employ\u00e9s, telles que des horaires de travail flexibles, des journ\u00e9es de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, des cong\u00e9s r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateurs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Sensibiliser les employ\u00e9s aux RPS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Des campagnes de sensibilisation pour informer les employ\u00e9s sur les RPS, leur impact sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et les moyens de les pr\u00e9venir permettent de d\u00e9velopper les consciences et de r\u00e9duire l\u2019exposition aux risques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Former les managers et les employ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Des formations sp\u00e9cifiques sur les RPS peuvent \u00eatre mises en place pour les managers et les employ\u00e9s afin de les sensibiliser aux risques psychosociaux et les outiller pour les d\u00e9tecter et les g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La multiplicit\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches rend efficace la pr\u00e9vention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 va surtout r\u00e9sider dans la multiplicit\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches mises en place. La pr\u00e9vention doit \u00eatre faite dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019entreprise et pens\u00e9e de bout en bout.
