Qu\u2019en sera-t-il en 2023 ? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beekast.com\/fr\/blog\/74-des-cadres-qui-teletravaillent-au-moins-3-jours-par-semaine-sont-satisfaits-du-mode-de-travail-hybride\/\">Selon une \u00e9tude Beekast &#8211; OpinionWay<\/a>, les cadres continuent de pl\u00e9bisciter cette nouvelle organisation du travail malgr\u00e9 les nouveaux challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">74% des cadres qui t\u00e9l\u00e9travaillent au moins 3 jours par semaine sont satisfaits du mode de travail hybride<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la conclusion principale de l\u2019\u00e9tude, sur 1000 cadres interrog\u00e9s, 74% d\u2019entre eux pratiquent le mode de travail hybride, et 58% de ceux-ci sont majoritairement satisfaits de cette nouvelle organisation au sein de leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<br>En \u00e9largissant la question de la satisfaction \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des cadres, m\u00eame ceux qui sont moins concern\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, nous arrivons \u00e0 80% d\u2019entre eux qui souhaitent que leur entreprise perp\u00e9tue une r\u00e9partition entre le travail \u00e0 domicile et celui au bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction des temps de trajets, meilleure productivit\u00e9, \u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie personnelle retrouv\u00e9 \u2026<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019ils sont interrog\u00e9s sur les avantages apport\u00e9s par le mode de travail hybride, les cadres r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 81% appr\u00e9cier la r\u00e9duction des temps de trajets, 75% d\u2019entre eux estiment mieux s\u2019y retrouver en termes d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre leur vie priv\u00e9e et leur vie professionnelle, et en 3\u00e8me position, 59% estiment m\u00eame travailler plus efficacement en combinant le bureau et leur espace personnel d\u00e9di\u00e9 au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<br>Ces 3 r\u00e9ponses sont r\u00e9v\u00e9latrices d\u2019un sentiment de libert\u00e9 et de confiance apport\u00e9 par le travail hybride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quid des difficult\u00e9s ?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une difficult\u00e9, 86% des cadres interrog\u00e9s estiment que le travail hybride repr\u00e9sente un challenge au quotidien dans l\u2019organisation, avec notamment les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019animation de r\u00e9union qui sont \u00e0 adapter pour \u00e9viter les distractions autant que les manques d\u2019interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cela, les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance apportent des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour beaucoup d\u2019entre eux. 68% des managers estiment que ces r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance favorisent la prise de parole et 58% estiment que ces r\u00e9unions leur permettent de mieux exprimer leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ainsi, quel avenir pour l\u2019organisation des entreprises ?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la crainte de la \u201cGrande d\u00e9mission\u201d ou encore du \u201cQuiet Quitting\u201d, l\u2019heure est \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion sur la mobilisation des employ\u00e9s. Les sondages de ce type permettent de mettre en \u00e9vidence les besoins et les attentes des salari\u00e9s et d\u2019anticiper un format de travail qui permettra de garder \u00e0 flot les \u00e9quipes.
